Sparkling Summer Probiotic Mojito
This “healthier”, sugar-free Sparkling Summer Probiotic Mojito, is refreshing, delicious, super easy and quick to make. Might I add- it is also beautiful, the strawberries, blueberries, and limes give the drink a fun, festive look! I really love to experiment with different foods and recipes, tweaking the ingredients until I can find a healthier version.
My very dear friend, who is quite the foodie, was visiting from North Carolina last week. I told her I was trying to make a pretty and healthy version of a “patriotic” looking mojito for my blog. We had a fun afternoon muddling the fruit, changing measurements until we can up with the perfect concoction!
This mojito is so refreshing and easy to make. I do not make “fancy” drinks, we are seriously talking 5 minutes to make these.Grab some cute straws at your local craft store and goblets or even some mason jars and you are ready to really “WOW” your guest!

In addition to these mojitos tasting so refreshing, and they are easy to make- they have some added health benefits as well. They have no added sugar, they are very low calories, and they actually have probiotics, which is excellent for gut health! I might be a little addicted to Kevita Sparkling Probiotic drinks (they are so good!).

SPARKLING SUMMER PROBIOTIC MOJITO
This “healthier”, sugar-free Sparkling Summer Probiotic Mojito is refreshing, delicious, super easy and so quick to make. Might I add- it’s beautiful. The strawberries, blueberries, and lime give it a fun look! It’s the perfect drink for Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day. And you don’t need bartender skills to make it. Whip it up and IMPRESS your friends!
- ¼ cup strawberries (extra for garnishing)
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 3-4 mint sprigs (extra for garnishing)
- 1 15.2 oz Lime Mint Coconut Kevita
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2-4 oz vodka (omit to make a faux-jito)
Using a mortar and pestle, mash up blueberries, strawberries, and mint
- In a large bowl or jar combine Lime Mint Coconut Kevita , and vodka.
- Divide fruit-mint mix between two cups and add several ice cubes, layering lime slices between the ice cubes
- Pour vodka, Kevita mix on top, splitting the mixture between the two cups.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries, lime slices and mint sprigs
