One of my top fat loss tips…
I know, it sounds too easy. The truth is most of stay slightly dehydrated.
I consider this a non-negotaible healthy habit and have all my clients track their water intake.
HOW MUCH WATER TO DRINK PER DAY… AND THE BENEFITS
TIP 1. You should be drinking at least half your body weight in ounces of water on a daily basis.
For example, if you would weigh 150 pounds, you should be drinking at least 75 ounces of water every single day.
TIP 2. If you exercise, you should be drinking even more than half your body weight in ounces.
Be sure to fill up a water bottle before you workout and sip throughout. Plan on adding at least an extra 24 ounces of water to make up for what you sweat out during your workout.
TIP 3. Start your day with 16 ounces of lemon water within 10 minutes of waking.
Not only will this give you a jump start on your hydration for the day, but it is a way to help digestion. By drinking 16 ounces of lemon water first thing in the morning, it will help signal your liver to product more bile and helps detox your body
