Hi! I’m Amy. I am on a mission to empower women to believe in their own capacity to feel amazing, to be at home in their body and one with their purpose without dieting, deprivation and hours of exercise.

You want the freedom that health brings. The joy of feeling at home in your body. The energy to hop out of bed in the morning and take on the world. But you’re not sure how to get there and it’s not like you haven’t tried.

You’re stuck between the desire to live your best life and the actions you need to take to achieve your goals and dreams. All the while you’re wondering, why is what I’ve been doing not working?

You try your best to live a healthy lifestyle—you exercise, attempt to get enough sleep, and generally take pretty good care of yourself. But your best sometimes equate less than consistent exercise. Or hitting the gym too hard to compensate for whatever’s going on with your diet or your inner life. Maybe you find yourself slumped comfortably on the couch each night binge eating chips but telling yourself you’re keeping it healthy with a diet coke. Or you could be that person who reads every label, counts calories obsessively, and never stops to question why you don’t feel awesome.

I’ve been there. I lived behind a facade of “health” for years. All the while thinking I was the perfect picture of health. I did all the things I thought were important— but I couldn’t ignore how I felt: exhausted, depleted, and in pain. The copious amounts of coffee, diet coke, and Aleve didn’t seem to help. So I went on a journey to find something that would.

That’s when I had my AHA moment and from there on out, everything changed.

TODAY, I MOTIVATE AND TEACH WOMEN HOW TO LIVE A LIFE OF PURPOSE AND FIND LASTING JOY THROUGH Integrative nutrition, fitness and faith.

I run and coach virtual online fitness and nutrition programs. The Fit Soul Tribe is my baby!! My all-in-one membership ON AN APP. I also work with women virtually, 1:1.  Helping women transform and feel great every single day, lights me up.

MY STORY

Once upon a time, I was in the best shape of my life, but little did I know, I was far from healthy…

I was working out every day of the week (if not twice a day). Counting calories like my life depended on it. I thought I was the healthiest person I knew, but I wasn’t balanced and it showed.

I took Aleve to deal with my chronic inflammation and consumed copious amounts of caffeine to keep my energy levels up. I may have looked amazing, but my body was sending me clear signs that I needed to make a change.

At the same time I was seeing women at the gym who were working so hard to lose weight, yet nothing was working. I realized I was missing a piece of the puzzle. That’s when I started learning about integrative nutrition. I went on a personal journey to discover how food can heal and nourish my body.  It’s a whole lot different from the bootcamp style diet and fitness regime I’d been clinging to for years.

I started training with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the way I viewed health transformed.

I began coaching clients to implement wellness strategies that aren’t just band-aids, but that actually help them achieve lasting health and limitless joy.

Health is freedom. I’m blessed to say that today I’ve found the missing piece to the wellness puzzle that so many people desperately need. My mission: to share it with women who are ready to live their best life.

My adult life has been filled with some crazy drama, and it almost kept me down.

Learning to love yourself enough to be your greatest advocate is powerful. Overcoming obstacles in life is not easy, but it’s how you grow. By God’s grace, support from friends and family, and years of therapy, I can boldly profess, that I am resilient. I’ve overcome setbacks that at one time felt impossible to move beyond. Because of that, I teach other women that they can do the same.

 

My past does not define me. Learning to embrace this, and let go of regrets, guilt, and shame has brought freedom to what was a broken and battered spirit. It’s never too late.

I want you to realize that a warrior lives within you. You can accomplish what feels impossible. Whether it’s getting in the best shape of your life, finally finding an eating style that fuels your body and helps you lose weight, or simply connecting with your deeper purpose.

When you take action and start the journey toward becoming your best self, something amazing happens. You start to believe that you are capable of anything. You embody strength and radiate joy. God rewards action.
Your health and wellbeing can be amazing assets for your one and only precious life.

Life becomes infinitely more enjoyable when you start loving yourself enough to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Society makes health and wellness seem so complicated. Everywhere you look there are mixed messages, blanket statements, and cherry-picked facts about what’s best.

The truth is that wellness is a very personal journey. No two people will follow the same path. There was a time when I was very confused about what real wellness was. And I suffered because of it.

Save yourself the strife I faced. Be empowered to believe in your own capacity to feel amazing, to be at home in your body and at one with your purpose.
